Room description

								The spaciousness of its rooms (between 35 and 45 m²) mean you can receive visitors and relax comfortably in the lounge. You can also enjoy all the regular advantages of staying in a hotel. 

							

Location

								Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is located in the upper district, towards the hills surrounding the city. It boasts excellent communications with the heart of the city (Plaça Catalunya, only 10 minutes by the regional light rail service or by bus). The nearest FFCC (regional light railway service) station is at El Putxet (line 7 direction Tibidabo). 

The area surrounding the apartments is tranquil. There are a number of first class medical clinics in the area, such as Teknon, IVI or IMO clinics. 

							

How to get there

								From Barcelona Prat airport:
The most practical mode of transport to get to the Apartment Hotel complex is the Aerobús, a bus service that connects the airport with the centre of the city. 
You must get off at the last stop, Plaça Catalunya and from there walk over to the FFCC station in the same square. Take line 7 in the direction of Tibidabo and get off at El Putxet. The apartment hotel complex is located 3 streets away from the station. 


							

Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival,  no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9.65 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.45 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs  EUR 10.70 per  day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
