How to get there

								By Air:
Taxis are available at the airport and take about 40 minutes to reach the hotel.

By Train:
Taxis are available at Guangzhou East Railway Station and take about 15 minutes to reach the hotel.
							

Important Information

								Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate.

Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

*Hotel provides a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during the Canton Trade Fair in April and May 2010. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
							

Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled  up to 1 day before the date of arrival,  no fee will be charged.
If cancelled  later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT  is not applicable.
15 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
