Room description

								The bedrooms are spread over 5 floors, including a lower ground floor. Rooms on the basement level do not have views overlooking the street or garden.

Please note that the hotel does not have a lift. Assistance with your luggage is always available.

If you have a special requirement for a room on a particular floor, or with a particular aspect, please inform the hotel in advance.
							

Restaurants and Bars

								The buffet-style continental breakfast has a wide range of breakfast items, freshly ground coffee and variety of teas. 

You can order meals from one of 17 local eateries, which can be delivered to your room in 45 minutes. 

							

How to get there

								By Public Transport: 
The Heathrow Express train service runs between London Paddington and London Heathrow Airport approximately every 15 minutes. 

Notting Hill Gate Underground Station is 100 metres away. This station is served by the District, Circle and Central lines. 

From Heathrow Airport:
There is an Airbus stop on Bayswater Road, about 200 metres from Notting Hill Gate Station. 

The Piccadilly Line of the Underground (from all terminals at Heathrow Airport) stops at Earl's Court Station. From there, you can change to the District Line, towards Edgware Road. Get off at Notting Hill Gate.
							

Important Information

								The Abbey Court does not have a lift.

Abbey Court will add additional costs if you breach their non-smoking policy.

Abbey Court reserve the right to cancel your reservation if they suspect any fraudulent activity.
							

Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled  up to 2 days before date of arrival,  no fee will be charged.
If cancelled  later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs  GBP  10.00 per  24 hours.
Wired internet is available in public areas and costs  GBP  10.00 per  24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
