Room description

								In our well designed rooms we pay the closest attention to detail and whether you want to sleep, relax or maybe even work, you will be free to make the most of the peace and quiet. All rooms are en suite and have all the modern amenities you will need. Everything is designed to give you a feeling of comfort, calm and efficiency.
							

Restaurants and Bars

								The buffet breakfast is served from  06:00 to 09:30.
Buffet lunch and diner are served 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 22:00.

							

Location

								Nice is the unofficial capital of the Riviera. This former vacation haunt of dukes and czarinas continues to seduce tourists with its non-stop nightlife, shopping, and museums. The old town's maze of pedestrian streets are filled with colourful markets. The 5th largest city in France serves as a great base for sampling the Côte d'Azur's delights.

								By Car
From Cannes (A8) / Monaco: 
- Take exit 50/Nice Promenade des Anglais, Arenas. 

From Monaco (A8) / Antibes: 
- Take exit 51/Nice Saint Augustin, Nice Promenade des Anglais. 

From Puget - Theniers (N202): 
- Follow Nice Airport / Arenas. 

By Transfer
From the airport, there is a free shuttle on request.
							

Important Information

								Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00. If you can not change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 local time.
							

Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled  up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled  later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast  costs EUR 9.00 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs  EUR 8.00 per  day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
