Hotel description
New stylish apartment in the heart of the city. Fresh renovation (April 2009). Located at the second floor, the window is street view. Entrance is from the yard, its on the code key. In the room we have double bed and sofa, big wardrobe, bed-side tables, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary modern techniques. The bathroom and WC. The floor is dressed with ceramic plates. Also telephone, conditioner, electric kettle, refrigirator.

The main room is about 23 m2 and ceiling is 3,5 meters.

In the several blocks there is Opera house and only one block to Deribasovskaya street and Grecheskaya square. Near apartment is located art-cafee "Pobeda" and planty of cafees/restaurants. Only 15 miutes walk to the Langeron beach and park Shevchenko.
How to get there
All historical attractions, theatres, museums, galleries, Sea Port, parks and sight-seeing places are located near apartment. Wonderful transport crossing. You can get the central beaches for about 15 miutes by feet.
