								Beside the listed amenities all apartments have an en suite bathroom with shower or bath.
							

Restaurants and Bars

								A rich buffet breakfast is available, but applies extra charges.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are a number of bars, restaurants and take-aways in the surrounding area.
							

Location

								The apartments are ideally located both for business travellers and tourists. They are close to the old town with its beautiful Town Hall Square, as well as the new administrative centre. It is also just 300 metres to the Europa shopping centre. There is also a casino nearby.
							

How to get there

								The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport (at an extra cost).

Parking:
Several of the apartments offer unguarded parking in the closed courtyard. It is also possible to park in the nearby Europa Centre.
 
Public parking in the city centre is free after 20:00.
							

Terms and conditions of cancellation

								Cancellation Policy: If cancelled  up to 5 days before date of arrival,  no fee will be charged.
If cancelled  later,  the first night will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 21 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
